Keith received his Juris Doctor (J.D.) from the University of Pennsylvania Law School, where he was an associate editor of the University of Pennsylvania Law Review. He is admitted to practice in Florida and Michigan. His practice areas include estate planning, probate, trust administration, post-mortem planning, Florida intangible tax planning and tax-exempt and not-for-profit organizations.

Keith has participated in numerous professional and community organizations.

Comiter, Singer, Baseman & Braun, LLP is pleased to announce that Sasha A. Klein is the newest Associate in our law firm.

Mrs. Klein focuses her practice on estate planning, business succession planning, charitable organizations (501)(c)(3)'s, estate administration, trust administration, probate and general tax planning. She also assists clients on family limited liability limited partnerships, limited liability companies and not-for-profit corporations.

Mrs. Klein received an L.L.M., Masters in Taxation from the University of Florida College of Law. She earned her Juris Doctorate and Law and Business Certificate from Vanderbilt University Law School, where she served as President of the Law and Business Society and the Jewish Law Students Association.
