Mark Wisniewski is an Associate of the law firm Comiter, Singer, Baseman  & Bruan, LLP. He received his B.A. degree with honors from Purchase College State University of New York in 1994 and a J.D. with honors from the University of Miami School of Law in 1997. He went on to receive his L.L.M. in Taxation from the University of Miami School of Law in 2002.

Mr. Wisniewski's practice focuses on federal taxation of partnerships, s-corporations and limited liability companies and the representation of corporate clients in a broad variety of transactional matters, including acquisitions, joint ventures, general business planning and corporate governance.

Prior to joining Comiter, Singer, Baseman & Braun, LLP, Mr. Wisniewski provided representation to local governments in matters relating to negotiation of cable television franchises and renewals, as well as representation of broadcast companies in matters relating to the acquisition of broadcast properties and the regulatory work before the Federal Communications Commission relating to such acquisitions.

In addition, Mr. Wisniewski represented corporate clients engaged in litigation in the areas of cable communications and media, antitrust, employment, real estate and general corporate law.

Mr. Wisniewski is member of the the Florida Bar since 1997 and is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
