Klein, is the newest Associate in the law firm of Comiter, Singer, Baseman & Braun, LLP. Mrs. Klein focuses her practice on estate planning, business succession planning, charitable organizations (501)(c)(3)'s, estate administration, trust administration, probate and general tax planning. She also assists clients on family limited liability limited partnerships, limited liability companies and not-for-profit corporations. Mrs. Klein received an L.L.M., Masters in Taxation from the University of Florida College of Law. She earned her Juris Doctorate and Law and Business Certificate from Vanderbilt University Law School, where she served as President of the Law and Business Society and the Jewish Law Students Association. Mrs. Klein graduated summa cum laude from the University of Florida. Mrs. Klein published her thesis, "Privacy on the Internet," 2000-2001, for University of Florida's Scholars Program. During her tenure at the University, she was a member of numerous social, legal and honor society's and was a recipient of the Anderson Award: Scholar of Highest Merit. Mrs. Klein studied International Finance, Multinational Corporation and Managerial Economics abroad at Richmond University in London, England. Mrs. Klein is a member of the Florida and District of Columbia Bar, Florida Bar Tax Section and Real Property, Probate and Trust Section, Palm Beach County Tax Institute, Palm Beach Estate Planning Council, and American Bar Association.
