Devon M. Goldberg is an associate of the regional tax law firm Comiter, Singer, Baseman & Braun, LLP. Devon received his undergraduate degree in Finance, cum laude, from the University of Florida in 2013. He earned his law degree, magna cum laude, from the University of Florida Levin College of Law in 2016. He then earned his LL.M. in Taxation from the University of Florida Levin College of Law in 2017.
At the University of Florida, Devon served as a Graduate Editor for the Florida Tax Review, a Research Editor for the Florida Law Review, and a Teaching Assistant for Legal Writing and Appellate Advocacy. While in law school, he received Book Awards in Securities Regulation; Corporations; Income Taxation of Estates & Trusts; Adoption Law; Child Parent & State; and Legal Research. Devon is a member of the University of Florida Chapter of the Order of the Coif.
Prior to joining the firm, Devon was a Legal Extern for the Office of the State Attorney in the 17th Judicial Circuit Court of Florida and interned for the Honorable Mark A. Speiser in the Probate Division of the 17th Judicial Circuit Court of Florida.
The focus of Devon’s practice is federal taxation of partnerships, s-corporations, and limited liability companies; business transactions; and income and estate tax planning.
