CSBB is thrilled to announce its newest addition to their team, Brian M. Spiro. The focus of Brian’s practice is litigation, handling contested probate, trust and guardianship.

Prior to joining the Comiter, Singer, Baseman & Braun team, Brian spent several years working at Clark Skatoff, PA—a trust and estate litigation boutique—where his practice focused on probate and trust litigation, estate, trust and guardianship administration, guardianship law, and fiduciary litigation. Brian has litigated a wide range of trust, probate and guardianship matters that includes will and trust contests, contested guardianships, homestead disputes, tortious interference with an expectancy litigation, will and trust reformation proceedings, accounting objections, elective share proceedings, and disputes arising out of creditor claims.

Prior to attending law school, Brian worked in the financial services industry, having graduated with honors from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business with a major in Economic Consulting and Public Policy and a minor in Political Science.  After a few years in finance, Brian graduated cum laude from the University of Miami School of Law.

While at the University of Miami School of Law, Brian was the Executive Editor of University of Miami’s International & Comparative Law Review.  He was on the Dean’s List, and received the Dean’s Certificate in Professional Liability & Legal Malpractice.
