Alaina N. Wallace is an Associate at Comiter Singer. Alaina earned her LL.M. in Taxation from the University of Florida, where she developed a strong foundation in federal income, gift, and estate tax. 

Alaina focuses her practice on trusts and estates, with an emphasis on estate planning and tax-efficient wealth transfer strategies. Her experience includes advising clients on sophisticated planning structures designed to address asset protection, tax efficiency, and long-term legacy goals.

In addition to her planning experience, Alaina has worked in litigation, providing her with a unique perspective on how planning strategies perform in adversarial and contested settings. This dual background allows her to approach estate planning with a practical lens, anticipating potential risks while crafting effective solutions.

A Florida native, Alaina has returned to South Florida to build her long-term practice in trusts and estates. She is focused on serving as a trusted advisor and building lasting relationships with her clients.
