Congratulations to our new Partner, Brian M. Spiro!

CSBB is thrilled to announce that Brian M. Spiro has been made a partner. As partner, Mr. Spiro’s practice will continue to focus on trust and probate litigation, estate and trust administration, guardianship law and administration, and fiduciary litigation.

Mr. Spiro is licensed to practice in all jurisdictions in the State of Florida and New York. He has been admitted to the United States District Courts for the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida, and the United States Tax Court.  Mr. Spiro is also a graduate of the Florida Fellow Institute of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel.

A skilled trial lawyer, Mr. Spiro has obtained significant recoveries for his clients litigating an extensive range of high net-worth trust, probate, and guardianship disputes. Mr. Spiro handles will and trust contests, homestead disputes, and partition actions, in addition to representative matters to protect the rights of surviving spouses.

Mr. Spiro graduated cum laude from the University of Miami School of Law. Prior to attending law school, Mr. Spiro worked in the financial services industry after he graduated with honors from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business.
