On Thursday, January 4th, The Florida Bar released Asset Protection in Florida, 5th Edition, which features Managing Partner, Michael S. Singer, of Comiter Singer, as a principle author. Mr. Singer is an original member of the Asset Protection Committee of the Florida Bar has been a principle author of Asset Protection in Florida since inception.
