National Business Institute seminar

Andrew R. Comiter, Esq. spoke at the National Business Institute seminar, “Probate: Everything You Need to Know” in Fort Lauderdale, Florida on December 13, 2018. He spoke on a very important subject regarding the top problems in the probate process. Some of the issues he focused on included intestate estates, locating unknown or missing heirs, death of a business owner, pre-mortem probate, and valuation issues.
