Sarasota County Bar Association’s Estate Planning and Probate Section Luncheon

Andrew presented at the Sarasota County Bar Association’s “Estate Planning and Probate Section Luncheon” on November 26, 2018. His presentation focused on the use of various estate planning and asset protection vehicles to minimize creditor exposure in cases of marriage and/or divorce.  The presentation covered nuptial agreements; uses of DSUE portability and lifetime taxable gifts; waivers; alimony; interests in homestead property and retirement plans; and planning before dissolution of marriage.
