Brian M. Spiro to Speak at Third Annual South County Courthouse Probate Symposium

Comiter Singer Partner Brian M. Spiro will serve as a panelist at the Third Annual South County Courthouse Probate Symposium on Friday, October 30, 2026, at the South County Courthouse.

Hosted by the South Palm Beach County Bar Association’s Estate Planning, Probate & Tax Committee, the symposium will bring together attorneys and legal professionals to discuss developments and practical issues in probate, guardianship, and trust and estate litigation.

Brian will join the panel “Breach of Trust: Cases, Concerns, and Issues” alongside attorneys Jonathan Galler, Matt Yon, and Matt Triggs. Norman Fleisher, Co-Chair of the Probate, Estate, and Tax Committee, will moderate the discussion, which will take place from 1:30 to 2:20 p.m.
