Comiter Singer Welcomes Associates Elizabeth L. Quesada and Alaina N. Wallace

Comiter Singer, a highly decorated, prestigious and award-winning Florida estate planning law firm, today announced the addition of two associates, Elizabeth L. Quesada and Alaina N. Wallace, further strengthening the firm’s capabilities in estate planning, tax, and trust and estate administration and litigation.

The hires mark the latest milestone in the firm’s continued expansion. Since its founding with four attorneys, Comiter Singer has grown to 25 attorneys, with the majority of that growth occurring over the past six years and additional hires expected in the coming months. The firm has also expanded from a single office in Palm Beach Gardens to four locations across South Florida, including Palm Beach, Stuart, and Boca Raton.

Elizabeth L. Quesada focuses her practice on probate, estate administration, and trust administration. She earned her J.D. from Nova Southeastern University, where she served as President of the Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Society, and holds a B.A. in Political Science and English from the University of Miami. She is admitted to practice law in Florida and is an active member of the Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section of The Florida Bar and the Broward County Bar Association.

Alaina N. Wallace focuses her practice on trusts and estates, with an emphasis on estate planning and tax-efficient wealth transfer strategies for high-net-worth individuals and families. She earned her LL.M. in Taxation from the University of Florida and brings both planning and litigation experience to the firm, providing her with a unique perspective on how strategies perform in contested settings. This dual background allows her to anticipate risk and develop practical, effective solutions for clients. She is a Florida native and has returned to South Florida to build her long-term practice.
