Senior Counsel Brad Gould Leads ABA Tax Panel Discussion

Comiter Singer, a leading law firm specializing in estate and federal income tax planning, mergers and acquisitions, and trust and estate litigation, is proud to announce that Senior Counsel Brad Gould, recently served as a moderator for a panel discussion during the American Bar Association’s Tax Section meetings in 2024.

On May 3, 2024, Brad Gould, alongside Victoria Glover from Deloitte’s Washington National Tax Office, co-moderated the discussion titled “Wind Down of TCJA (Part 2): What does this mean for S Corporations and their Shareholders?” This event was a part of the S Corporation Committee’s sessions at the 2024 May Meeting held in Washington, D.C. The panelists were Kim Ardnt, Tax Counsel for the Senate Finance Committee, and Eric Oman, Deputy Chief Tax Advisor for the House Ways and Means Committee.

Earlier in the year, on January 19, 2024, Mr. Gould moderated the first part of this series, “Wind Down of TCJA (Part 1): What does this mean for S Corporations?” during the Midyear Meeting in San Francisco.

Brad Gould is a fellow of the American College of Tax Counsel and has served as a past chair of the S Corporation Committee.
